• If you are trying a product for the first time, we recommend confirming it is suitable for your skin before opening it.
• We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for products that do not suit your skin type. If you are unsure which products to choose, we advise booking a video consultation with one of our medical practitioners for personalised guidance (link here). This service carries a fee, which is fully redeemable against any products purchased.
• Our team can also provide general skincare advice via email. Please note that response times may vary, as our medical practitioners are actively treating patients in clinic.
